I have been a supporter and advisor of Ubuntu Mundo for many years. What I love most about their work is that is not strictly rooted in a charity model. It is about caring for children today through healthy food, and building a strong community support system into the future. (And I love to bike! It's great to be marrying two things I care deeply about!)
