Ubuntu Mundo opens 2nd community kitchen

On Sunday October 11, we celebrated the official opening of Ubuntu Mundo Rooiboklaagte. The opening festivities were attended by the Induna and his cabinet, the counselor, community development team, other local organizations, community members, and many children, and included traditional dance and music, ending with a hot lunch shared by all.

While the opening ceremony was exciting, October 19 was the main event — 91 children enjoyed their first hot meal at Ubuntu Mundo Rooiboklaagte before going home.
